JCB Financial services include:

1)  Investment Supervisory Services - JCB Financial provides continuous advice to a client regarding investments based on the individual client's needs.  Through personal discussions in which goals and objectives based on a client's particular circumstances are established, JCB develops a specific investment policy and creates and manages a portfolio based on that policy.  JCB will manage advisory accounts on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.  Account supervision is guided by the stated objectives of the client (i.e. maximum capital appreciation, growth, growth and income, income).  As the costs associated with investment vehicles can be expensive, every precaution is taken to ensure minimal cost on return.

2)  Financial Planning Services - JCB Financial also provides advice in the form of a detailed financial plan.  Clients purchasing this service will receive a written report, providing the client with a detailed financial plan designed to help achieve his or her stated financial goals and objectives.  In general, the financial plan addresses any or all of the following areas of concern; Cash Flow,  Tax Planning, Investment Planning, Retirement Planning, Protection Planning, Estate Planning.  JCB gathers information through in-depth personal interviews and related client documents.  Once gathered, the information is carefully reviewed and written recommendations are prepared.  Implementation of the recommendations is entirely at the client's discretion.

3)  Consulting Services -    Clients can also receive investment advice on a more limited basis.  This may include advice on an isolated area of concern such as estate planning, retirement planning, group medical benefits, review of an existing portfolio or other specific topic.

4)  Employee Benefit Retirement Plan Services - JCB Financial also offers consulting services to retirement plans (401(k), pension plans, etc).  These services are divided into four distinct areas; investment policy statement preparation, selection of investment vehicles, review of investment performance, and employee communications.
